Do I have to be a Splashtop customer to join the program?

No. Anyone who is eligible to participate in the program can simply register and get a personalized link to start referring and earning rewards.

Who is eligible to participate in the program?

To join, you must meet the following requirements:

• Be a citizen or permanent resident of the United States, Canada (excluding Quebec), the EU, or the UK.
• Be physically located and domiciled in one of those regions.
• Be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction).
• Not be classified as an Invalid Referrer by Splashtop.
• Be in compliance with Splashtop’s Terms and the Referral Program Terms.

Please note: Residents of Quebec, Canada are not eligible to participate.

Who/What is a valid referral?

Any customer that has not signed up for a free trial and/or subscribed to our products before you made the referral is a valid referral.

What products qualify for a referral?

Qualifying products for the referral program are new subscriptions to Splashtop Remote Access (Pro or Performance), Splashtop Remote Support, Splashtop Enterprise, and Foxpass.

Why might a purchase not qualify?

• If the purchase is not within 21 days of starting a trial from your referral link page
• If it is not a new subscription (if the purchaser is a current subscriber or had a paid Splashtop subscription in the past year)
• If it is a non-qualifying product such as Splashtop Remote Access Solo, SRS Premium, Splashtop Classroom, Mirroring360, Anywhere Access, Productivity Pack, etc.
• In case of any fraud or suspected fraud, refund request, or credit card chargeback
• If the new subscription was not started on the same web site as the referral link (my.splashtop.com or my.splashtop.eu)

What if I don’t sign up through the special page where I was referred? Can I apply the referral code after making a purchase or starting a trial?

No, the Referral Program offer and rewards can’t be applied retroactively.

What are the rewards for referring?

You can earn points for every successful referral. Here’s how it works:

• Online Purchases: Earn 50% of the Annual Contract Value (ACV) in points when the referral makes a qualifying subscription purchase online. You can earn up to $2,500 per referral!
• Non-Online Purchases: Earn 20% of the Annual Contract Value (ACV) in points for qualifying purchases made offline, with a maximum reward of $2,500 per referral.

Is there a maximum that I can earn?

Per each referral, you can earn up to a maximum of $2,500. There is no limit to the number of eligible referrals in a calendar year.

When do I get paid for referring someone?

You will receive your award approximately 45 days from the date the referee subscribes using the link you provided. In some cases, it may be up to 90 days. This time is necessary for the purchases to be audited for fraud and any credit card chargebacks that may disqualify the purchase.

Do referred customers receive a discount?

Yes. Customers who purchase a qualifying Splashtop subscription through a valid referral link are eligible for an exclusive 10% discount. After signing up through the referral link, they'll receive an email containing their unique discount code, which can be applied during their qualifying purchase. Once the referral meets the program requirements, the referrer will also earn rewards.
